Matthew Kahle, Vice President

Like his father David, Matthew grew up working in the family business, learning the ins and outs from an early age. Matthew went on to earn a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University and later a Master of business administration (MBA) degree from the University of Tampa.

After spending several years working outside the family business in accounting & finance, in 2019, Matthew returned to the company as Vice President to continue his family’s entrepreneurial journey.

Since re-joining King Stone Surfaces, Matthew has focused on leveraging the company’s supply chain, purchasing power, and financial strength to drive strategic growth and diversification. Under his leadership, the company expanded into servicing multifamily construction projects across Florida, added cabinetry and countertops to its portfolio of interior finishes, and significantly enhanced its design capabilities by building a dedicated design team and overseeing the opening of two full-service design studios. These initiatives have strengthened King Stone’s ability to serve as a comprehensive, turnkey trade partner for builders and developers.

Today, Matthew oversees new business development and leads the design & estimating teams.
